Sampling & Merchandising management. Targeting lactose intolerant consumers who love authentic and premium
WHOLESOME . DELICIOUS . ORIGINAL . MARVELOUS
In collaboration with Storetaste Singapore WDOM, also known as ‘Wholesome, Delicious, Original, Marvellous’ has been able to increase their shelf SKU's from one to three, within a span of 4 months, across island-wide Cold Storage stores in Singapore.
WDOM launched into Singapore in January 2019 with their Full Cream Lactose Free Milk. In Store Sampling & Merchandising begun immediately to monitor & support the product on shelf and through feedback collected during the Storetaste team identified for WDOM that customers loved the product and wanted a low fat option which was easy to carry.
The Sampling team focused on good quality interactions with customers and providing valuable insights to report back to the brand - Storetaste Sampling reporting is an easy tool for brands to get an accurate representation on how the session went and gauge results.
The Merchandising team focused on ensuring the product was always full and well represented on the shelf, whilst also providing the stores with confidence that WDOM was well supported in store and if any issues arose they had in store contact with a rep.

Through the above results Storetaste reps now support 3 SKU's for WDOM in Singapore on shelf. The Storetaste cloud based reporting provides visibility and allows efficient management of in store issues.
